Writing an attention-grabbing and thorough job description is one of the most important parts of our recruiting process. Writing out the core accountabilities, hard and soft skills, daily activities, impact, explaining how the position fits into the organization, and highlighting the culture is critical which is why we rewrite all of our clients’ job descriptions.
