Shirley Vandever serves as CEO and Founder at Agility Talent Advisors, a premiere boutique search firm based in Dallas, TX.  Shirley brings more than 30 years of experience in talent attraction and leadership specializing in digital and emerging technologies. 

 

Shirley offers more than three decades of building deep and meaningful relationships with high-performance, strategic and transformative IT business leaders. With a strong business acumen, she is skilled in partnering with clients to understand business, cultural, and technical requirements cultivating relationships, and creating and executing effective sourcing strategies.

 

Shirley began her career in IT Professional Services where she spent 11+ years before joining a high growth, eCommerce start up in 1999 which kicked off her career in corporate talent acquisition. She successfully completed hundreds of engagements in product development, architecture, and technology in Commercial Markets with expertise in Executive, Client Services, and ITO/BPO for global managed services, high growth, middle-market and enterprise companies with a focus in Big Data, Cloud and Digital.

 

With deep experience in the IT space and working with retained agencies throughout her career who over promised and under delivered,  Shirley saw a need in the market for a niche firm with a team of agency and corporate recruiters that specialize in both technology and industry.

A staffing partner that understands the intersection of business and technology and the challenges many employers face in retaining and identifying the right talent in a timely manner. A partner who cares and promotes diversity in the workplace.

 

A partner that can easily pivot based on clients’ staffing or budget needs offering an agile recruitment approach in an industry known to be rigid and inflexible.

succeeded with the formation of Agility Talent Advisors.

 

Shirley attended Amberton University in the Bachelors, Human Relations and Business program, and the accelerated Masters program in Sociology at Dallas Baptist University. In addition, she holds a PHR Certification as well as multiple leadership, compliance, diversity, unconscious bias, and recruiting certifications. 

 

Shirley is not only passionate about identifying talent and exceeding clients’ expectations, but is also an avid champion in the pursuit of finding a cure for Alzheimer’s and Diabetes which touched her family deeply. She also  coaches and mentors veterans helping them transition to civilian jobs.  She is active in the community where you will find her volunteering and fundraising for worthy causes.

Phil Resch, MA, JD, CMRS 

Phil Resch serves as an Advisory Board Member at Agility Talent Advisors.  He is a retired Navy captain, recovering lawyer, and an experienced executive. He served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy in a variety of different assignments including Executive Officer on a Navy tanker. Also, he had multiple domestic and international assignments in different industries. Some of the companies he has worked for include:

Phil is also the co-founder of the following businesses:

As a member of the executive committee and trustee on the Health and Welfare plans of one of the most comprehensive joint management and labor benefit plans in the United States, Phil has gained an in-depth understanding of benefit plan structure and operations. His experiences have allowed him to provide a unique perspective in his work as CEO of Physician Fee Analytics and COO of MedBooks, Inc.

 

Due to his background in executive search and management consulting, he is able to comprehend the operations of firms or companies from a unique standpoint. He is also skilled at negotiating contracts because of his extensive work with labor contracts, business dealings, and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Phil graduated on an NROTC scholarship from the University of Louisville. He has a Master’s degree in Business Management from Webster University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.

 

As a respected and successful leader, Phil imparts his knowledge on leadership through books, media, and public forums. Phil is a 32-year member of the National Speakers Association. He was recently featured in an article on CEOs and servant leadership in D-CEO magazine.

 

Phil frequently speaks about servant leadership and job career strategies when guesting on KDKR 91.3FM (Dallas/Ft. Worth). He is also a co-author of Conversation on Leadership with Warren Bennis, Philip Fulmer, and Alan Keyes

Scottie Caudle is a Certified Coach and graduated from Coach Training Alliance, an approved ACSTH with International Coach Federation. Scottie specializes in Success, Life and Career Coaching. She began her career as a Business Development Specialists in the Staffing Industry and moved into Talent Acquisition Consulting and Talent Development. She has consulted with multiple Fortune 500, and Privately Held companies, for over a decade. Scottie is dedicated to changing people’s lives by helping them become the best they can be by eradicating toxic belief and breaking through self sabotaging behaviors with humor and self-appreciation.
